Kristen is a 30 year old aspiring adult from Maine currently residing in New York. She has a plethora of talents ranging from freaking out for no reason to spending money she does not have. Recently she has decided to start blogging about her experience with having an anxiety disorder and other challenges she has faced in her lifetime. Her biggest hope is to spread awareness about the variety of topics she writes about and help others feel less alone in their struggles.
